Green Human Resource Management (HRM) has gained significant attention as organizations increasingly prioritize environmental sustainability in response to global ecological challenges. Among its core practices, green training and development plays a crucial role in enhancing employees’ environmental awareness, skills, and pro-environmental behavior. Effective training initiatives equip employees with the knowledge required to adopt eco-friendly practices such as energy conservation, waste reduction, and sustainable resource utilization. A quantitative approach is employed to examine the relationship between green training practices and sustainability performance, focusing on variables including training hours, employee awareness, participation in environmental programs, and eco-friendly behavior. Statistical analyses, including correlation and regression, are used to assess the strength and significance of these relationships. The findings indicate that increased investment in green training leads to higher employee engagement in environmental practices and improved sustainability outcomes. Furthermore, integrating environmental objectives into HRM strategies supports organizational efficiency and long-term competitive advantage. The results highlight the importance of structured and continuous training programs in fostering a culture of sustainability and environmental responsibility within organizations.
