Abstract

The modern work environment is highly competitive workforce has posed growing pressures on organizations to retain talented employees in their workforce because of growing work demands, technological progressions, and employee requirements.  In the case of a quantitative type of research, we gather data, information through questionnaire from employees of different organizations. To evaluate the statical data we use Smart PLS (Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model). It was found in the structural model that work life and personal life stability has positive effect on satisfaction from job with negatively impacting employee quitting intention. Satisfaction from job also have negative impact on quitting intention and act as a mediator between work life and personal life stability and quitting intention.According to previous studies (Mobley, 1977; Tett and Meyer, 1993; Haar et al, 2014; Allen et al, 2020), outcome it indicates, a healthy work life and personal life stability contributes to satisfaction of job among employees to decreases employee intention to quit. Importance of this research to the current literature in that it offers a real-life example of a developing country where the forces of culture and organizational culture are not the same as those in the developed economies.
