Abstract

This research considers how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Cloud Services can enhance Human Resource Management (HRM) in Pakistan, yet also discusses issues of fairness, transparency, and data protection. In Pakistan, these technologies are being rolled out, and there are some ethical considerations to take into account. The research centers on the role of ethical leadership in the incorporation of AI-based cloud services into HRM in a way that is responsive to Pakistan's specific culture and laws. In order to collect data, the research conducted interviews with HR leaders, AI professionals, and policymakers. The information was analyzed to identify recurring themes. From the findings, it is evident that AI can be effectively applied in HRM only if there is transparency, accountability, and inclusiveness. Ethical leadership is necessary to avert bias, discrimination, and data security issues, in addition to establishing trust among stakeholders. The research provides recommendations on how AI can be utilized responsibly in HRM in Pakistan.
