Abstract

Purpose- The main aim to pursue this study is to explore the impact of motivation components on student’s achievement; A case study of Dadu Sindh.

Methodology/Approach/Design- The study investigate the quantitative nature of research. The targeted population for this study is the students & individuals of Sindh University Campus Dadu Sindh. In this Study the Hypotheses were formulated on the basis of literature review suggestions. In this study a survey questionnaire adopted (five point Likert scale) is used to collect the data and analyzed through SPSS Software.

Findings- The major investigations of this study argues that the components of motivation are statistically significant & associated with student’s achievement. It may cause a positive change on students’ performance.

 Research Limitations/Implications-This study has practical implications in the students’ life. Components of motivation help their academic life or may their personal life as well due to academic achievement.

Originality/Value- This study is first to be conducted in Higher Educational Institutes of University of Sindh Dadu Campus.
