Schooling for minority groups plays an important and integral role in the economic growth of a country. Unfortunately, the Subservient minorities minority living in the area of Malakand division face many challenges when it comes to education. This study aimed to look into the main factors that affect the education of the Subservient minorities people in Malakand division, which is part of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. To do this, a qualitative research method was used to find out the key problems faced by the Subservient minorities community in getting an education. The research was conducted through thematic analysis, where 03 participants were selected using purposeful sampling. The main findings show that several factors are affecting the educational activities of the Subservient minorities people in this area. These include the lack of educational facilities for girls, shortage of female teachers, poor transportation system, low quality of teaching, ineffective educational methods, and early marriage of girls. Additionally, most of the respondents had a positive attitude towards the educational institutions of the Subservient minorities community and were encouraged to support these institutions to improve the quality of education.
