Abstract

Among the positive successful philosophies of leadership in the context of complexity face and changes in the world of business is transformational leadership. This type of research study look into how transformational leadership contributes to competitive advantage and organizational innovation. 100 participants, including faculty members(s), technical employees, and few departments involved in innovation, data provided in the setting of corporate. To look at the link between the variables, path analysis techniques were used to evaluate the data. The findings of path analysis demonstrate that transformational leadership favorably and significantly affects the degree of organizational innovations. The member(s) of team can be motivated and inspired to innovate by leader(s) who uses a transformational leadership style, which implements innovations and creative an atmosphere of work. Furthermore, the degree of competitive advantages that business have in a markets that is highly competitive is significantly and positively impacted by organizational innovation. While effective innovations can give clear business competitive edge that sets it separately from rivals in the place of market. Moreover, the findings of path analysis also demonstrate that transformational leadership’s impact on organizational innovation accounts for the majority of its impact on the competitive advantage of firm. To put it another way, transformational leadership boosts organizational innovation, which in turn affects competitive advantage.
